Itinerary:

Day 1: Flight to Ljubljana airport and transfer to Bled.

Day 2: Transfer to Tamar valley.

Guided walk: Tamar valley - Mt. Slemenova Špica - Vršič pass

Day 3: Guided walk: Vršič pass - Mt. Prisank - Mt. Razor - Kriški podi

Day 4: Guided walk: Kriški podi mountain hut - Mt. Bovški Gamsovec - Luknja pass - Mt. Triglav - Kredarica Mountain hut

Day 5: Guided walk: Kredarica mountain hut - Prehodavci - Dvojno jezero

Day 6: Guided walk: Dvojno jezero - Komna - Savica Waterfall

Transfer to Bled via Bohinj valley.

Day 7: Bled - sightseeing (Bled lake & island, Bled castle, Vintgar gorge)

Day 8: Bled - morning free, afternoon transfer to Ljubljana airport, departure.
