Lifetrek Team
"A group of young enthusiastic people with so much positive energy. They don't only enjoy showing visitors the beauty of their country but are also very passionate about what they are doing: hiking, kayaking, canyoning, climbing, biking and mountaineering. Lifetrek team are not only a very solid team, but the chemistry between them, the enthusiasm and the genuine kindness between themselves and to their clients are very contagious". - Tri Windiarti ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| MATEJ MEJOVŠEK, general manager First man in the team in three words: observant, responsive, and attentive. His ideas are amazing and they can be born in all situations. He loves traveling and he is a specialist for adventure outgoing programs for Slovene clients. If you are interested in traveling to his “love – Mongolia”... then a bottle of vodka will be on your way to convince you! Maybe if you say France, there will be a bottle of Dome Perignon? But he is also a real outdoor freak and in his free time he is either climbing or guiding canyoning, his special water passion. |
| ŽIGA ŠTER, travels manager His confidence is very contagious. A real outdoor person who knows how to put the balance between work and pleasure. He has a very rare ability to make people feel confident to do anything that seems "impossible". His encouragement and the "permanent smile" on his face make his clients feel that the word "nervous" does not exist in a dictionary. It seems like he always sees the world as "good" and "better"...if not "the best"! |
| ŽIVA GRGIČ, sales manager Two words to describe Ziva: Active and energetic. One might wonder if she ever feels tired. She has so much positive energy that spreads easily towards people around her. Her passion and love for climbing is inspiring. She is an easy going person and takes life as light as a breeze. She can jump into a completely new group of people and make everybody feel that she's their best friend. She knows exactly how to motivate people to "go outdoor and enjoy life!!" and she does that effortlessly, because just by seeing her enthusiasm, even a "couch potato" will throw the TV remote, gear up and do some outdoor activity. |
| MAJA RIMAHAZI, office assistant Don't judge the book from its cover! This kind hearted girl looks like a "homey girl next door" but wait until she's in action on her ski-board! Maja's combination of talent and patience is just the right recipe for a great day out on the snow! She is also keen to show the Slovenian way of life to visitors. Her interest and curiosity about the world's culture are a base for her skill in introducing Slovenian culture to those who share similar interest. Her culinary skills are also something that has to be mentioned here ....because she can bake the cake that will melt in your mouth!!! |
| BORUT SVOLJŠAK, guide Vertical, water, snow and ice. Three different worlds, but the same feeling: freedom of moving, being in action, happiness. That is Borut´s way of thinking, his way of living. You will always find him in action -he's either climbing, diving, hiking, mountaineering. He's finishing his studies of sport and sport is his life. And he strongly believes that “Life is fun - but it is the adrenaline that keeps us alive!” Join him on one of the adventures and you will never forget it! |
| URBAN KOVAČIČ, guide The first impression about him is: a quiet guy... but give him a little more time and he will share all his knowledge of Slovenian life without being asked! Not only talking, he is a very good listener too...(ladies, we know that's an asset!!) As a canyoning guide, he always makes sure that all his clients enjoy the Slovenia's hidden gem as much as he does. So if you see him on your next adventure through a canyon of Slovenia...you know you are in safe hands!! |
|
MARKO KUNČIČ, guide Marko is a great kayaking guide, who does his job with all his heart. Besides kayaking, he likes to do a variety of other sports like canyoning, karate, hiking and cycling. He masters the acrobatic jump from great heights. He truly is an adrenaline seeker unlike any other.
|
| MIHA GAŠPERIN, guideAnother sport fanatic, who loves the mountains, climbing, mountaineering, canyoning, mountain biking, basketball etc. This restless guy lives for movement, so do not expect to see him chilling on the beach too often. As a guide he is very devoted and ready for action. |
| PETRA ROBNIK, office assistant and guide Petra is still fresh in our team, but matches perfectly with her personality, devotion and love for sports. You might ran into her in the office, but right after work she will be out and about, either guiding or doing sports with her friends. You can join this sweet girl on activities such as hiking and mountain biking, and beware she has tons of energy, so you might have hard time keeping up with her. |
| UROŠ VRHUNC, guide Uroš is a member of the Slovenian mountain rescue team and the first man in his local climbing association club. He is very devoted to all kinds of sports that he is doing, from free climbing, to serious mountain climbs, high mountain climbs, skiing and kayaking. He is a real outdoor person who can't stay at home not even a day. But he is that kind of a person who can combine sport and professional guiding with social life and at the evenings you can find him in a local pub having a good time with his friends, other guides or even clients. |
| JOŽE BIRO, guide An accomplished outdoor adventurer. Joze excels in both water and land sports - he is really a multi talented young man: climbing, kayaking, canyoning guide... and he can play a clarinet, too! (he has not performed in front of us yet, but I take his word for that!). His trade mark is the grin on his face and his sense of humor....he's incredibly entertaining. A day of outdoor activity with Joze will not be a day without laugh! | | | | | | |
